Carnival Success

Last Sunday, nine of our teams competed against clubs from all over south east Queensland in the BNA carnival, with a couple of them taking tournament honours.

The carnival saw over 100 teams compete, with two Kedron Lions teams taking home the medals in their respective divisions.

Congratulations to Adam and the Spotto team that took out the U12 division one tournament.

Congratulations also to Amanda, Connal and team Flame from U10 division one who also brought home the gold medals.

Plenty of photos are up on facebook page. Make sure you like us when you are there.

Carnivale Results

A great day out yesterday at Bradbury Park and a big thanks to BNA, the Kedron Lions coaches and committee, our resident Physio, Lachlan Finn, and parents and friends for your support.

We fielded a bunch of KL teams and a number of our players also played with other teams. Well done to you all on representing us so well.

These were our success stories.

Sunday Carnivale Draw Available

For those of you at the BNA Carnivale on Sunday the draw is available now. Kedron Lions will have a bunch of shade shelters together so look out for the Pride.

Parking will be tight, but we understand that there will be additional grass parking down the bottom carpark off Batten/Allan Street.

Please be considerate to the neighbours and our friends at Chermside Bowls Club.

Looking forward to a great day out!

Nine of the Kedron Lions U11’s took on Pine Rivers Netball Association’s best a couple of weeks ago at a junior carnival.

One of the home teams took out the trophy but our little Lions stood tall, gained invaluable experience and went home with a couple of wins, a couple of near misses and a couple of drawn games.

Congratulations girls and many thanks to Coach Amy from KL Steel for leading the troops. The fun day could not have been had without  the wonderfully supportive parents who turned up, chipped in and soaked up the carnival atmosphere!!
